Hello I want a car, 6 years in New Jersey, is located in a junkyard, only with a contract or invoice (without title) to buy. Is it possible to get a new title, and it is legal to save my country (Wisconsin) to? Thanks

Do not buy a car without a clear title and valid. PERIOD. Do not buy a property without right thing.
