Assigned to 2-A-9 = Agent / Assistant to the call
CA Penal Code Section 459 = Theft
= Running hot game
512 Acacia Street = place the call
PR = not so sure, but reports the meaning person or perhaps a typo in the PR, which is the person who pointed out / party
= 3-code, you get an emergency siren and warning lights
= 4589 incident, the Department Incident number
RD-8-31 radio dispatchers = 8.31 [I assume here, as this seems to be a particular department]
The call is simple enough, except for the Department of topics.
It can make a guess, but really need to know what metropolitan area of the state, or the appeal was launched on the radio due to fluctuations of the radio signal or code.
Sounds like a lady is defective in the file.

It is hard to say because we do not know what region or city in which I am sure that 95% of 2-A-9, the radio call sign is the number of deputies. 459, the hot strip type of incident, 512 Acacia Street is clearly the situation could be the PR will be submitted to the person reporting, and code 3 means that the incident is an emergency call within the meaning of deputies responding with lights and sirens. I have no idea what the latest figures.
459 Hotprowl is the type of call. 512 Acacia Street is the location. I've heard of the RP (reporting) party, but not the publicity. Code 3 is an emergency. I am not aware of how the department radio traffic, so that either 2-A-9 or 4589 was sent to the officer. I'm not sure what the AR-8-31-resources.
